Learning & Development Manager
Your responsibilities:
• Take ownership of the planning and coordination of learning and development activities across the organization;
• Partner with different departments to understand their development needs and translate them into relevant training solutions;
• Coordinate the work of trainers and mentors, ensuring smooth delivery of programs and a consistent learning experience;
• Follow employees’ progress throughout their learning journey and introduce effective ways to measure training outcomes;
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training practices, processes, and tools;
• Play an active role in shaping the organization’s long-term approach to employee development.
Essential requirements:
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, training, people development and management, or a similar role;
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with a strong eye for detail;
• The ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with people across different functions and levels;
• A genuine interest in learning, development, and helping people reach their potential;
• A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to your work;
• Confidence in taking ownership, setting priorities, and keeping multiple initiatives moving forward;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire others.
