CARD OPERATIONS MANAGER


The role is responsible for developing and managing credit and debit card products, sales channels, and customer retention initiatives, while ensuring the achievement of key business and financial targets. The position also involves leading a team, coordinating cross-functional activities related to card issuing and servicing, maintaining relationships with international card organizations, and driving product and process improvements across the card business.

Main Requirements:

- University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product development and sales within the banking or card business sector.
- Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, with a focus on credit and debit card products.
- Experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Bulgarian and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
